We were working within literally a two-week window of time to pull off a 65+ invitation only tropical extravaganza for our daughter for her college send off event! Lisa catered our event and everything tasted awesome! I don’t eat everyone’s chicken salad but hers was delicious with that little crunch of pecan in them. If you like Pappadeaux’s shrimp and crawfish fondue, you will love her shrimp and spinach version. All of our attendees enjoyed the food and went back for seconds! Her setup added a nice “woman’s” touch to our event!
I Just want to say that as far as I’m concerned no one can cook and deliver like you do. You’re amazingly creative and I would recommend you to anyone.
The Femmes International December meeting was catered by Lisa and it was a huge success. The stuffed mushrooms and meatballs were devoured. Highly recommend Lisa and her professional staff.
